1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of freegex.com and every game on it (together, "Free Gex", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Free Gex.
Free Gex is operated by .
You can reach us through our contact form or by email at [email protected].
2. Who can use Free Gex
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must live in the United Kingdom.
- You may hold only one account, and it is for your personal, non-commercial use.
We may ask you to confirm your age and location at any time, and we may close accounts that don't meet these rules.
3. A free social gaming service
- Gex coins are a virtual, in-game play currency. They have no monetary value, can't be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and aren't your property.
- Every account receives a free welcome balance and may collect a free daily bonus. We may change coin amounts, bonuses, XP and levels at any time.
- Results in our games are for entertainment only. Success in a free game does not mean future success at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Account information is stored securely on our server. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. See our Privacy Policy.
- After 5 wrong password attempts, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account.
- You can sign out at any time and delete your account from My account.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
5. Our games
All games on Free Gex are our own and are hosted on our servers. Games can be played with or without an account. We try to keep every game available and working, but we can't promise uninterrupted access. We may update, change or remove games at any time.
6. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, cheats or automation, or try to exploit bugs;
- try to access other players' accounts or any non-public part of our server;
- interfere with, overload or attack the site;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer our games, artwork or code;
- use Free Gex for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules, we may reset your coins or XP, suspend your account or close it.
7. Intellectual property
The Free Gex name, logo, games, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play on Free Gex for your own enjoyment.
8. Responsible play
We want Free Gex to stay fun. You can ask us for a break or an account restriction at any time through Player Care. Read our Responsible Play page for tips and support.
9. Our responsibility to you
Free Gex is provided free of charge and "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, as the service is free and coins have no value, we are not liable for lost coins, XP, levels or game progress, or for indirect losses.
10. Suspension and closure
You can stop using Free Gex and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK. If an account is closed, any coins, XP and levels are lost.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we'll let signed-in players know on the site. Continuing to use Free Gex means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. You can reach us through our contact form or by email at [email protected].
