Your details are safe with us
Every form on Free Gex (sign-up, sign-in, account and contact) is handled on our server. Nothing about your account is stored in your browser or shown on any public page.
Server-based accounts
Each account is kept in its own protected file in a private folder on our server, locked against access from the web. Forms are sent over encrypted HTTPS.
Hashed passwords
We store only a one-way hash of your password (bcrypt), never the password itself. Not even our team can read it.
Secure sign-in
You stay signed in with an HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie that page scripts can't read. A fresh session is created at every sign-in.
Lock-out protection
After 5 wrong passwords, sign-in to that account pauses for 15 minutes to stop guessing attacks.
Google sign-in
Prefer not to make a password? Use "Continue with Google". Google confirms who you are and shares only your name and verified email.
No payment details
We never ask for card or bank details. There's nothing to buy, so we never need them.

Do I need to download anything?
No. Every Free Gex game runs in your web browser on phones, tablets and computers. Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
A game won't load. What can I do?
Refresh the page, check your connection and turn off any content blocker for freegex.com. If it still won't load, tell us which game and device you're using through the contact form.
I forgot my password.
Choose "Forgot password" on the contact form and send it from the email address on your account. We'll check it's you and help you reset it.
Can I play without an account?
Yes. All games work without signing in. An account adds saved coins, XP, levels, a daily bonus and your recently played list.
Can I buy coins or cash them out?
No. Coins are always free and have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My account, tick the confirmation box and press "Delete my account". Your account file is removed from our server straight away.
